  • Place of death
  • Doctor’s details

  • For burial: utility bill under three months old

Burial or cremation

The family discusses and decides while keeping the deceased’s wishes in mind.

Coffin and clothing

GBA provides a member coffin and shroud; the family may bring comfortable favourite clothing.

Viewing arrangements

A viewing can be arranged at GBA or, with permission, at the church.

Programme, music and flowers

Discuss hymn leaflets, flowers, refreshments, music and the eulogy.

Death registration

Bring the marriage certificate and newest ID book or ID card.

Costs and payments

Amounts above the applicable contribution must be paid according to the existing process.
